Early spring, a slim, ground hog checked in to the Garden Tool shed, underground motel. We put up a fence, thinking we had taken care of the problem. He checked out to greener pasture, or another "Tool Shed Motel". My garden produced big time.... and it was a while before our unwanted critter was back and looking well fed. I checked out the garden in time to discover he had dug a hole under the fence and had eaten about 6 butternut squash. We live in town, I also work on a budget. Does anyone have some ideas for keeping these critters under control?
